3. 学会誌発行以降であれば，学会誌に掲載された論文の著者は学会への申告なしに自分の論文 を著者個人のWeb サイト，もしくは著者所属組織のWeb サイトに掲載することができる．た だし，論文は本学会が提供する電子ファイルを改変なしに掲載し，本学会の出版物であるこ とを明示すること．また，論文をWeb 上に公開することによって，著者もしくは第三者が金 銭的な利益を得てはならない."

"著作権は原則として本学会に帰属するものとします．著作権が所属機関にある場合などで，本学会に帰属することが困難な場合は申し出により協議します．また，執筆に際しては次のような点に十分留意してください．

他人の著作権の侵害，名誉毀損の問題を生じないように配慮してください．公表された著作物を引用するときには，必ず出典などを明示してください．万一，執筆内容が第三者の著作権を侵害するなどの指摘がなされ，第三者に損害を与えた場合，執筆者がその責を負います．"

ヒューマンインタフェース学会著作権規程

"本学会著作物等の著作権は原則として本学会に帰属し、特別な事情により原則が適用できない場合、著作権の扱いについて著作者と本学会と協議し処置するものとする．

著作者が著作者自身による本学会著作物等の全文または一部を複製、翻訳、翻案などの形で利用する場合、これに対して本学会は原則的に異議申し立てをしたり妨げたりすることはしない。ただし、複製、翻訳、翻案などに際しては、出典を明らかにするものとする."

（１） 著作権の帰属については，本会に帰属することと致します．なお，著作者自身が自らの著作物を利用するときは，利用目的により本会の許諾を必要としないこととし，著作者の利便性を損なわないように致します． （２） 電子的利用については現状では判断基準が明確でなく，また，内外の関連法においても，法的判断に差異があり，方針を決定できるような段階に至っていないと判断し，当面は上記（１）と同等に扱うことと致します． （３） 第三者の著作権利用に際しては，著作者自身の利用とは区別し，本会への許諾申請を必須条件と致します． （４） また，著作者が自らの著作物を発行日（発表日）前に利用することについては，権利上，著作者が不利益を被ることがありますので，不許可とし現状を踏襲致します．
